AAA announces new match for TripleMania XXIII pay-per-view event

AAA CELEBRATES A LUCHA LIBRE MILESTONE WITH BLUE DEMON JR. MATCH SIGNED FOR TRIPLEMANÍA XXIII PPV; WITNESS VILLANO III’S FAREWELL TO THE SPORT
NEW YORK AND MEXICO CITY — In celebration of Blue Demon Jr.’s 30 years in the sport, AAA has signed a special tag team match for Triplemanía XXIII live on pay-per-view.  The legendary luchador will team with La Parka to fight El Mesias and Electro Shock live from Mexico City on pay-per-view on Sunday August 9th with a special start time of 7pm ET / 4pm PT.
The biggest event of the year in lucha libre will also feature two warring families continuing their near 40 year, multi-generational saga as Los Villanos face the Psycho Circus. Witness Villano III’s sendoff from the sport on
Triplemanía XXIII is headlined by a double main event featuring a dream match of Rey Mysterio Jr. vs. Myzteziz for the first-time ever.  Complimenting this double main event is a Hair vs. Hair match pitting Alberto El Patron vs. Brian Cage.
Matt Striker and Hugo Savinovich will provide English commentary for Triplemanía XXIII live from Mexico City on pay-per-view.
