Big Damo says he hopes to be as good as Dave Finlay, comments on difference between wrestling in UK and US

NXT star Big Damo recently spoke with Belfast Live about joining WWE and more. During the interview, he was asked about the difference between wrestling in Europe and United States. He stated that the rules are very similar, but the biggest difference is how grand it is. He noted that in Europe he has wrestled in front of 4,000 people while in the US he has wrestled in front of million of fans via the WWE Network.

When asked about the wrestlers that he looks up to, he named William Regal, Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, Shinsuke Nakamura, John Cena and others. He noted that he mostly looked up to Dave Finlay as he made a successful jump to the US in the 90s with WCW. “If I could be even 50% of his ability then I will be very, very good at what I do."
