As previously reported, Buck Zumhofe was convicted on March 5th in one of the most disgusting series of crimes related to a wrestler. Zumhofe was convicted of first degree sexual conduct and six coungs of third degree sexual conduct. The charges were brought forth by his own daughter and started when she was 15 years old up until she was 27 years old.
Zumhofe also faces an additional charge since he tried to escape when the judge delivered the verdict. There were alot of people shaking their heads because apparently alot of people in the Minnesota area had at least some sort of an idea that something was not right and no one seemed to speak up.
Zumhofe’s daughter testified abou the injuries caused by Zumhofe’s frequent sexual contact with her. She testified that the abuse started in May 1999, not long after her 15th birthday and ended in June 2011 when she stopped it. When asked, she estimated that there were 1,8000 separate acts of sexual abuse between 1999 and 2001. She also believes that she was possibly impregnated by her father.
She testified that Zumhofe had sex with her mother in Minnesota in 1983 while he was in the AWA and described it as a one night stand. A paternity test established him as the father although he never met his daughter until 1998 after he contacted her when she was 13 and told her that he wanted to meet her. She moved in with Zumhofe in 1999 and on the first night Zumhoffe touched her inappropriate places and that in just a couple of weeks it escalated to oral sex. She also testified that he taught her how to masturbate him, dance in front of him in her underwear and watch pornography with her.
She claimed that within 2 weeks it escalated into intercourse and he wanted to have sex with her two or three times a day and injuring her and not giving her time to heal.
Another woman came forward in 2001 saying that when she was 17 and Zumhofe’s daughter was 15 that Zumhofe wanted a threesome with her and his daughter and she witnessed Zumhofe inappropriately touching his daugher when she turned down the offer. Other witnesses told authorities that they had seen Zumhofe french kissing his daughter and dirty dancing with her at the New London/Spice High School dance.
