Karrion Kross On Chris Bey Benefit Show: “We All Showed Up And Worked For Free, Every Single Cent, Including The Streaming Services People Can Watch It On Triller It All Went To Chris”

WWE Superstar Karrion Kross recently shared his experience participating in a special benefit show for fellow wrestler Chris Bey during an interview on “Unlikely with Adrian Hernandez.” Kross described the nostalgic atmosphere of the event and elaborated on his determination to be involved, including how he navigated getting approval from WWE.

Returning to the venue evoked strong memories for Kross. “Walking into the building and seeing who showed up, from the boys in the back, to everybody on tech, to the fans, I recognized them from 11 years ago,” he recalled. “People that were in the front row were back in the front row.”

Kross felt a deep personal obligation to support Bey, whom he has known since the beginning of Bey’s training. “I say this with all respect, but there was no way I was not going to be a part of this event,” Kross stated emphatically. “I was there for Chris’ first day of wrestling practice… With this happening, I knew I needed to help.” He leveraged his platform, mentioning the event during a Netflix appearance, and stressed the charitable nature of the show to WWE management. “We all showed up and worked for free, every single cent, including the streaming services people can watch it on Triller It all went to Chris,” Kross explained. “I just explained it very personally, and they were receptive to it, and I showed up, and we rocked the house.”

The fundraiser for Bey has topped $110,000 in donations with several wrestlers donating. Among those are Adam Copeland ($10,000), Scott D’Amore ($5,000), Finn Balor ($3,731), Matt Hardy ($3,000), Karrion Kross ($3,000), Chris Jericho ($2,500), Cody Rhodes ($2,000) and Nic Nemeth ($2,000), among others.
