During the recent MLW Azteca Lucha broadcast, a vignette aired promoting “Summer of the Beasts” on June 26 from NYC’s Melrose Ballroom. The promo strongly indicated Shotzi’s arrival with on-screen text and a tank graphic declaring: “June 26. Hearts Turn Black. The Warning SHOTZ Will Be Fired.” This aligns with Shotzi’s previous assurances to fans that they would “be seeing her soon.”
Shotzi’s WWE tenure is ending, as revealed this month when it was reported that her contract would not be renewed, with her full free agency expected in July. She later confirmed it.
