Results from Global Force Wrestling’s First TV Taping in Las Vegas

Global Force Wrestling held their first TV taping on Friday night in Las Vegas, NV at the Orleans Arena. Thanks to Tony S for sending in the results.

– NEX-GEN Title tournament match: PJ Black (Justin Gabriel) defeated Sanada.

– Bobby Roode cut a heel promo in the ring about how he was taking the GFW Global Championship back to TNA. This led to Nick Nick Aldis coming down to the ring and they exchanged promos about the GFW title. Kongo Kong ran down to the ring and attacked them. Both men regrouped and double teamed Kong to close the segment.

– Six-Man Tag Team match: Misterioso Jr., Zokre and Phoenix Star defeated Blood Eagle, Steve Pain and Bestia 666

– GFW Tag Team Title tournament match: The Bollywood Boys defeated The Akbars

– Singles match: Kushida defeated Virgil E. Flynn

– Triple Threat GFW Women’s Title tournament match: Christina Von Eerie then defeated Mickie James and Lei’d Tapa.

– NEX-GEN Title tournament match: Jigsaw defeated Sonjay Dutt

– Chael Sonnen cut a heel promo in the ring and said that Virgil Flynn should be given another chance in the NEX*GEN Title tournament. PJ Black comes out and superkicks Virgil to close the segment.

– Global Title tournament match: Chris Mordetzky defeated Brian Myers

– Tag Team match: Reno SCUM defeated Los Luchas

– Global Title tournament match: Bobby Roode defeated Kevin Kross

– Jeff Jarrett walked down to the ring and cut a promo about GFW. Bobby Roode interrupted and cut a promo on both on Jarrett and the GFW roster.

– Global Title tournament match: Nick Aldis defeated Kongo Kong.

It was estimated that about 5,000 people were in attendance for the show.
