Teddy Hart faces up to five years in jail, charged with strangulation resulting in bodily harm

Teddy Hart was arraigned on Friday morning in Richmond, Virginia and he has been charged with strangulation resulting in bodily harm after being arrested on Thursday.

The charge comes after independent wrestler Ace Montana posted a video showing Hart being kicked out of Montana’s home. Montana said that police were called after he witnessed Hart assaulting Maria Manic. Hart had denied the allegation.

Montana wrote, “I literally had to pull my gun on #Teddyhart and throw him out of my friend’s house. This piece of sh*t literally choked out and physically assaulted Maria Manic and would not let her get help. she texted me I’m in danger never ever did I think I would meet a piece of sh like this guy who has now been arrested with a felony against him. I don’t think this guy knew how close to death he was. #f**kyouteddyheart This video is me kick him out before the cops came and arrested him.”

This is the third time Hart has been arrested this year. On February 12, Hart was arrested and charged with having a Scheduled II controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute. On March 4th he was arrested for violating his house arrest.

Here the video that was posted on Thursday before police arrived on the scene:
