Former TNA President Dixie Carter made her first appearance for Ring of Honor on Wednesday’s Women’s Division Wednesday broadcast.
She did so to give a message about the women’s division in the promotion and offered good luck to the participants in the ROH Women’s Title Tournament. Carter noted in the video that today’s women’s wrestling has never been better or stronger.
Carter made her last appearance on Impact Wrestling TV in 2016 before the promotion was sold to Anthem. She did appear on the WWE 24 special for WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle in 2017.
Carter has remained plugged into the wrestling business and makes various tweets about wrestlers from time to time.
The rest of the video featured Allysin Kay defeating Willow in a first-round tournament match as well as Chelsea Green, Alex Garcia, and Nicole Savoy being interviewed by LuFisto, Maria Kanellis-Bennett, and Alyssa Marino.
