Ring of Honor held their War of the Worlds PPV event on Friday night in New York, New York at the Manhattan Center’s Hammerstein Ballroom and here are the results.
— Dalton Castle defeated Kushida, Bobby Fish and Silas Young in a Four Corner Survival Match.
— Hangman Page pinned Frankie Kazarian.
— War Machine defeated Sanada & Evil and Chris Sabin & Jonathan Gresham in a non-title match.
— Will Ospreay pinned Jay White.
— Bully Ray, Jay Briscoe, and Mark Briscoe defeated Hirooki Goto, Trent Barreta, and Rocky Romero to retain the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Titles.
— Marty Scurll defeated Matt Sydal to retain the ROH TV Title.
— The Young Bucks defeated Tetsuya Naito and Bushi to retain the ROH Tag Team Titles.
— Hiroshi Tanahashi defeated Adam Cole. Post-match, The Young Bucks got into the ring and hugged Cole. The lights went out. Kenny Omega appeared on the big screen and said that he wished he could’ve been there. He said that he’s a little disappointed that the Bucks allowed the same man who tried to fire them to now soak up the “thank you, Adam” chants. He said that in every story there has to be a hero, and there has to be a villain. We then see Marty Scurll in his mask next to Omega. The lights came back on with Scurll in the ring with the mask on. He opened his umbrella, which read “Bullet Club.” Scurll waved goodbye to Cole and then the Bucks superkick Cole. Scurll opened his jacket to reveal a Bullet Club t-shirt then hit Cole with his umbrella. The Bucks kissed Cole on his cheeks to end the segment.
— Christopher Daniels defeated Cody Rhodes and Jay Lethal in a triple threat match to retain the ROH World Championship.
