AJ Styles Explains Why He Declined Offer For TNA Hall Of Fame Induction

AJ Styles will always be remembered for being part of the growing stage and peak of TNA Wrestling.

On Saturday, TNA held its Hall of Fame, inducting Bob Ryder and Rhino as part of Bound for Glory weekend. Fightful reports have been made that AJ Styles and Monty Brown were both considered. The door isn’t closed on those possibilities.

WWE broached the possibility of Styles, but it passed on the opportunity. It was said that Styles might be open to wrestling, but it’s unclear whether that was ever discussed.

As seen below, Styles took to Twitter to explain his decision not to go into the Hall of Fame. He wrote, “I’m still an active wrestler…I hope I made the decision not to go into the TNA HOF, not WWE. I appreciate TNA, but I don’t want to go into any HOF as long as I’m still active. My choice.”
