Details on Impact Wrestling viewership numbers for 2020, increase for post-Slammiversary show

The viewership numbers for the Impact Wrestling television show usually are not made available on a weekly basis compared to WWE and AEW.

PWTorch has compiled information about the numbers for the show for this year thus far.

Tuesday’s episode of Impact drew 163,000 viewers, up from 156,000 the week before. It was also up from the 135,000 the week before that.

This served as the post-Slammiversary episode of Impact on AXS TV. This pay-per-view had more buzz than usual because of all the teased surprises on the broadcast. Heath Slater, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson, EC3, The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley), and Eric Young appeared at the event.

The average since March 24 has been 145,000. The previous high came back on May 12 as that show drew more than 163,000 viewers.

Impact has averaged 147,000 viewers since April. It averaged 174,000 in January, February, and March.

To compare the ratings in the all-important 18-49 demo, Tuesday’s Impact did 0.05, which tied for its high demo rating for the year, while Wednesday’s NXT did a 0.17 rating in the demo and AEW Dynamite did a 0.32.
