Doc Gallows announced on his official Instagram account that he has secured the trademark to “Sex Ferguson.”
This is a character that he has portrayed in the past including during Talk N’Shop A-Mania events. He had attorney Michael Dockins, who has previously filed trademarks for various wrestlers, make the filing last April.
The trademark is for both merchandise and entertainment services. He previously had the trademark rights back in 2017, but it expired since he was under contract with WWE at the time. He did revive it for WWE’s Southpaw Regional Wrestling with the character Tex Ferguson.

Gallows will team up with his fellow Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champion Karl Anderson and AEW Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks to take on The Dark Order in an eight-man tag team match on next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
