We are live with ongoing coverage of Impact Wrestling Slammiversary.

The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz and Dezmond Xavier) vs. Motor City Machine Guns
Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin (Motor City Machine Guns) were revealed as the mystery opponents. The Rascalz dominated the first several minutes of this match before MCMG were able to get their offense in. MCMG won with the Gut Bomb. This was a very good fast-paced match. Nice way to open the show.

Don Callis says there’s at least two more surprises planned for the show.

Old School Rules match for the (unsanctioned) TNA World Heavyweight Championship
Moose vs. Tommy Dreamer
Anything goes in this match which meant that weapons were used. Early in the match, Dreamer used a jersey to choke Moose. He also used a trash can as a weapon. After several minutes of offense from Dreamer, Moose was able to get his hand s on the kendo stick and trash can to use as weapons. Moose did a standing dropkick onto the trash can that was on the head of Dreamer. Moose tried a move off the top but Deamer caught him in a Diamond Cutter onto the trash can in the ring. Moose then tried to powerbomb Dreamer onto a stack of chairs in the ring but Dreamer fought back but Moose was able to slam him onto the chairs. Moose hit a standing moonsault for a near fall. Moose tried a moonsault off the top but Dreamer moved and Moose’s knees landed on the chairs. Dreamer hit a DDT but Moose kicked out of the pin attempt. Dreamer then went to pour thumbtacks in the ring and he tried to piledriver Dreamer but Moose hit a low blow. Moose rammed Dreamer’s face into the tacks and then the lights out spear to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.

Johnny Swinger was shown arriving in a Jaguar. He said he took the car from the rental company because he the reservation said Anderson but he didn’t see Ole anywhere.

Gauntlet for the Gold match to determine the #1 contender for the Impact Knockouts Championship
Alisha Edwards vs. Havok vs. Kiera Hogan vs. Kimber Lee vs. Kylie Rae vs. Nevaeh vs. Madison Rayne vs. Rosemary vs. Susie vs. Tasha Steelz vs. Taya Valkyrie vs. Katie Forbes
Tasha Steelz and Kylie Rae started the match. After 2 minutes, the next person enters the match.

Kylie and Taya were the last two women in the ring. Kylie pinned Taya after hitting a superkick. Kylie will challenge for the Knockouts Championship in the future.

Former WWE star Heath Slater (Heath Miller) appeared. Heath said that everyone in the back should “watch the hell out” and he was there for an open challenge. Heath was interrupted by Rohit Raju. Raju said that the open challenge happened earlier in the show and Heath will be nowhere near the World Title match later tonight. Raju attacked Slater with a low blow and punches and kicks in the corner but Heath reversed into a modified reverse DDT.

Impact X-Division Championship
Willie Mack vs. Chris Bey
This was a fast-paced match that was very good but it was hurt by the fact that they are in an empty building with no fans. Bey won the title after hitting a cutter.

Backstage, Heath and Rhino reunited. Scott D’Amore asked Heath to leave because of social distancing and because Heath does not work for Impact. Rhino told Heath to show up to Impact on Tuesday and he will figure things out.

Impact Tag Team Championship
The North (Ethan Page and Josh Alexander) vs. Ken Shamrock and Sami Callihan
Callihan wrestler most of the match until Shamrock made the hot tag and cleaned house but he quickly tagged back out to Callihan but The North was able to take advantage with double team moves while taking Shamrock out on the apron. Shamrock tagged in and hit a belly to belly on Alexander that took him out of the ring. Shamrock got the Ankle Lock on Page and Alexander got the Ankle Lock on Callihan. Shamrock was also able to get the Ankle Lock on Alexander but it was broken up as Sami was pushed into Shamrock. Shamrock and Callihan argued and that allowed Alexander to recover but Shamrock hit Alexander with a kick and Callihan hit a piledriver but Page broke up the pin attempt. Shamrock went for a high kick but accidentally hit Callihan in the head to knock off the apron. Shamrock hit a belly to belly suplex on Alexander off the top rope and then Shamrock went for a dive and he crashed hard to the floor as Page and Alexander moved out of the way. The North hit their finisher on Shamrock to retain the titles.

Page and Alexander grabbed the mic and cut a promo. They were interrupted by Motor City Machine Guns. Shelley and Sabin revealed that they will challenge for the Impact Tag Titles on Tuesday on AXS TV.

Backstage, Rich Swann said he has his eye on the Impact World Championship.

Impact Knockouts Championship
Jordynne Grace vs. Deonna Purrazzo
Purrazzo got in most of the offense in the first several minutes of the match but Grace was finally able to turn things around. At one point, she had a choke on Purrazzo and it looked like the match was about to end but Purrazzo was able to roll out of it. Later in the match, they traded German suplexes and then Purrazzo hit a pump kick, a kick to the arm and the pendulum snap suplex for a near fall. Several minutes later, Deonna made Grace tap out to the armbar. Deonna Purrazzo is the new champion.

After the match, it was announced that Bound For Glory will take place on Saturday, October 24th.

Impact World Championship
Ace Austin vs. Eddie Edwards vs. Trey vs. Rich Swann vs. Eric Young
Rich Swann was announced as the mystery entrant but then Eric Young walked out and announced that he is also in the match. Madman Fulton was caught interfering for Ace Austin so the referee told Fulton he must leave the ringside area. A few minutes into the match, Young was cut above his eye and he was bleeding. Trey looked incredible in this match. There was a spot where he slid through the ropes and hit a Destroyer onto Swann at ringside. Trey ended up eliminated by Young after getting hit with the jumping piledriver. Austin and Edwards were sent crashing from the top rope into a table at ringside when Young picked up and pushed Swann into them while in the powerbomb position. Swann scored a surprise roll-up and pin to eliminate Young. This happened after Young hesitated on a piledriver attempt. Young then attacked Swann’s leg with a chair. Swann continued in the match but he was favoring the leg and that allowed Ace Austin to hit the Fold finisher to pin Swann. The last two men in the match were Austin and Edwards. Edwards and Austin had a slugfest with Austin getting the better of Edwards but Edwards fired back with several chops to the chest. Edwards was able to hit the Boston Knee Party but Austin kicked out of the pin attempt. Austin hit The Fold but Edwards kicked out of the pin attempt. Edwards hit another Boston Knee Party and then the Die Hard to win the title. Madman Fulton then entered the ring to attack Edwards but then The Good Brothers walked out. It looked like they were there to help Austin and Fulton but it was a swerve and they were there to help Edwards. Gallows and Anderson and Edwards cleaned house. The faces celebrated with beer in the ring. As they went off the air, a video played of EC3. He smashed a glass on a wall so it looks like he is back with Impact.
