Lady Frost is no longer under contract with Impact Wrestling.
Fightful Select reported this afternoon that Frost received her release in October, months after asking the promotion for it. Originally, Impact was not planning on granting the release.
However, that changed before the most recent television tapings, and the company granted the release. Several people in the company had pushed for Impact to make the move as it didn’t seem productive to keep her under contract.
Frost went directly to Leonard Asper, President and CEO of Anthem, for the release and followed up regularly in an attempt to get the release.
In recent weeks, Frost has worked CMLL shows, which indicated she may have been a free agent. Sources indicated that CMLL was happy with Frost’s performance, and the two sides plan on working together in the future.
Before joining Impact in 2021, she worked as an enhancement talent for WWE in 2018 and AEW in 2020.
