Impact Wrestling’s Barbed Wire Massacre Match deemed too violent for Pop TV

The upcoming Barbed Wire Massacre match between LAX and oVe apparently will not air on Pop TV. Konnan was asked about the match on Twitter and he said that the decision was made to air it on Twitch because Pop TV deemed the match too violent.

The decision to pull the match from Pop TV must have been made within the last few hours because Impact Wrestling was advertising it for Pop on Thursday night.

For those of you not aware, Impact Wrestling has inked a deal to air their content on Twitch, similar to what Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore is doing on the service. You can follow Impact’s Twitch channel at twitch.tv/impactwrestling.
