WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross recently took to his podcast, The Ross Report, to offer his thoughts on several professional wrestling topics. During the show, Ross speculated on the possibility of Enzo Amore and Big Cass joining IMPACT Wrestling.
Amore was released from the WWE this past January after some sexual assault accusations came against the then-Cruiserweight Champion. Those charges have since been dropped. Cass was released from his WWE deal in June after several issues backstage.
Ross offered his thoughts on the former WWE tag team possibly finding their way to IMPACT Wrestling:
“You’ve got to woner if Impact Wrestling has their eye on this guy [Big Cass]. Under the right circumstance, getting all the stars aligned, I still believe that Big Cazz has great potential. I understand too, I’ve said it before on the air, potential don’t buy the groceries.
“Somewhere along the way you gotta get to that level where they can’t do without you….you look at somebody making an Impact, what about Impact Wrestling having Enzo Amore under whatever name and Big Cazz on their show? Worse things can happen, right?”
