Kurt Angle’s recent neck surgery could’ve been fatal according to his doctor

As noted, Kurt Angle had to have emergency surgery on his neck last week that was recently surgically repaired. The reason for this is because he had an infection in the neck. According to his wife, Angle was experiencing severe pain, lost feeling in his extremities and was starting to have difficulty breathing.

Angle was told by doctors that the prior surgery (to remove the tumor from his neck) led to a large buildup of fluid on his spinal cord, which could have been fatal.

Angle is expected to have a full recovery.
