Moose reveals what is his favorite era of professional wrestling

IMPACT Wrestling star Moose recently did an interview with Wrestling Inc. to talk about several professional wrestling topics. The ex-NFL player faced off with Austin Aries at IMPACT Wrestling’s Slammiversary pay-per-view (PPV) last week in a losing effort.

Moose talked about being a big fan of professional wrestling when he was growing up. He named Razor Ramon and Ric Flair as his childhood favorites. Moose is competing in a completely different era of wrestling than those he admired growing up, but admitted that his personal favorite era of professional wrestling – like may others- was the Attitude Era. Moose pointed to the era’s non-PG approach and hardcore style as reasons for it being his preference:

“I would say the Attitude Era is my favorite era of wrestling and most people would give you the same answer. Because everything was a little bit… it wasn’t PG. It was more hardcore.”

Moose talked about much more in his interview, including initially hating his ring name and making the transition from football to professional wrestling. Check out the full interview here.
