Here is the latest on MVP’s status for this Sundays’ Slammiversary. MVP noted on Chris Jericho’s podcast that he still has not gotten an MRI done and has been able to put weight on his knee. MVP says that he plans on wrestling this Sunday at the pay-per-view. He did say that TNA was working on a “plan B” just in case he couldn’t work this Sunday.
MVP was injured while wrestling for Preston City Wrestling in Great Britain. Impact is already taped so if they do decide to change the match then they would have to edit something into the show or announce the change online but right now MVP’s plans are to wrestle on Sunday.
