SPOILERS: AEW wrestler appears, former WCW star debuts at Impact Wrestling TV tapings

Following its Slammiversary pay-per-view event this past Saturday, Impact Wrestling held its latest set of television tapings on Sunday from Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.

There were various notable things that happened at the tapings including two newsworthy appearances.

First up is Missy Hyatt, who returned to wrestling as she teamed up with Brian Myers in the Homecoming Tournament. This marked Hyatt’s first match since 2004. They lost to Tommy Dreamer and Rachael Ellering after Hyatt was picked by Sam Beale to be Myers’ partner.

Also, AEW star Frankie Kazarian appeared at the tapings by attacking Impact and AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers. Kazarian is touted as “The Elite Hunter” on AEW television as he has been going after members of The Elite at every turn.

Kazarian has a history with Impact as he is a former multi-time X-Division and Tag Team Champion. He last wrestled for the promotion in 2014.
