The reason TNA did an angle involving Bigfoot at their last set of TV tapings

As we noted in the July 31st TNA Impact Wrestling spoiler report, TNA did an angle with someone in the crowd wearing a Bigfoot costume. Jeremy Borash would try to interview the man, so it was obviously an angle. The man would run away every time JB tried to interview the man.

Later in the taping a TNA talent was revealed as the man in the Bigfoot costume.

Bryan Alvarez of F4Wonline.com says a TNA source told him that the reason TNA did that angle was not because it was a shot at Destination America, but was because the network asked TNA to do it to promote their show about Bigfoot and that’s what TNA came up with.

The angle will not air on television for a few more weeks.
