New TNA World Champion Crowned During Impact At Full Sail

Frankie Kazarian is the New TNA World Champion

The match got underway between Santana and Ryan Nemeth. Santana was setting up for the rolling lariat when the Nemeths’ music played. Nic Nemeth was shown walking through the backstage area holding the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Trophy before getting jumped by somebody wearing a hood before he could get to the ring.

Lexis King, Charlie Dempsey, Brooks Jensen, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, High Ryze, led by Mr. Stone jumped the ring and attacked Santana. Steve Maclin and The Home Town Man tried to make the save, but they were outnumbered. The Rascalz hit the ring to save Santana but were quickly overpowered by the numbers game. They Pillmanized Santana’s arm and then left the ring.

Kazarian’s music played and he came out holding the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Trophy and cashed it in. Kazarian hit the Fade to Black, but Santana kicked out at two. Kazarian went for the chicken wing, but Santana escaped. Santana tried for the rolling lariat, but his arm was too hurt, and Kazarian rolled him up for the pinfall.
