TNA Impact TV Spoilers from 6/28/24: Several WWE Stars Appear

TNA Wrestling held its TV tapings in Philadelphia, PA, on Friday night. The episodes are slated to start airing in the coming weeks on AXS TV.

Several WWE names appeared at the tapings, including Charlie Dempsey, who made a surprise appearance to attack Leon Slater, Trey Miguel, and Zachary Wentz. He was taken away by security. Dempsey’s No Quarter Catch Crew partner, Myles Borne, showed up later at night.

Izzi Dame also appeared on the show, where she answered Jordynne Grace’s Knockouts Women’s Title open challenge. Dame put over Grace, who previously beat NXT’s Tatum Paxley at TNA Against All Odds.

Here are the spoilers, courtesy of Fightful:

– Johnny “Dango” Curtis defeated Chris Bey after interference from Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers.

– Leon Slater vs. Trey Miguel went to a no-contest when NXT’s Charlie Dempsey attacked them.

– Jody Threat vs. Dani Luna went to a time limit draw; five more minutes were granted, only for Masha Slamovich & Alisha Edwards to attack both women.

– Slammiversary Qualifier: Frankie Kazarian defeated Mike Santana via Countout. Johnny “Dango” Curtis threw Santana into the post during the bout and busted him open in the finish.

– Slammiversary Qualifier: Joe Hendry defeated Jake Something

– “Speedball” Mike Bailey defeated Jonathan Gresham and Kushida

TNA Knockouts World Title Open Challenge: Jordynne Grace (c) defeated Izzi Dame

Charlie Dempsey was defeated. Zachary Wentz. No Quarter Catch Crew’s Myles Borne interfered. Borne and Dempsey beat down the Rascalz.

Gisele Shaw defeated Tasha Steelz.

Eric Young and Josh Alexander defeated Campaign Singh and Mustafa Ali. Before the bout, Ali left ringside.

Matt Hardy and Reby Hardy defeated Eddie Edwards and Alisha Edwards (with Brian Myers).
