TNA is actively working to secure Ace Austin to a new deal.
Sources within TNA have informed Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp that the company has initiated discussions with Austin regarding a new contract to keep him with the promotion. While the current status of these negotiations remains undisclosed, TNA reportedly has a positive outlook on its chances of retaining the talented star.
Fightful Select also noted that Austin’s tag team partner, Chris Bey, ‘s original contract was also nearing expiration. However, the handling of Bey’s contractual situation is currently unclear due to his unfortunate injury.
This leaves the future of the popular tag team ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) somewhat uncertain as TNA navigates Austin’s re-signing while considering Bey’s recovery and potential return. Austin had previously signed a new deal in March 2024.
