The IInspiration made their way to the ring, followed by the champions, The Elegance Brand, who were accompanied by M By Elegance and carried torches. The match began with Jess McKay getting the early advantage on Heather By Elegance before tagging in Cassie Lee for a double-team spot.
The Elegance Brand then took control of the match for several minutes until Cassie Lee received a hot tag, shifting the momentum. Lee hit a superplex on Ash for a near fall that was broken up by M By Elegance. McKay and Lee followed up with dives from the corner onto their opponents on the floor. Back in the ring, they attempted their Idolizer double-team finisher, but it was broken up. The finish came when one of The Elegance Brand used a torch on an opponent, leading to Ash hitting the “Rarified Air” for the victory.
Result: The Elegance Brand defeated The IInspiration to retain the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team titles.
Eric Young (w/ The Northern Armory) vs. The Hometown Man
Eric Young and his faction, The Northern Armory, came to the ring. Young insulted the New York crowd, which prompted the entrance of The Hometown Man for an impromptu match. Before the bell, The Hometown Man took out Judas Icarus and Travis Williams at ringside.
During the match, Young tore the New York Islanders jersey off of The Hometown Man. The Hometown Man rallied with the ten-punch spot in the corner. Young briefly took back control with a flying elbow for a two-count and became distracted by a fan. After re-entering the ring, Young attempted a piledriver, but The Hometown Man countered with a roll-up for the three-count.
Result: The Hometown Man defeated Eric Young.
Steve Maclin, Jake Something & Mance Warner (w/ Steph De Lander) vs. The Ropebreakers (Real1, Zilla Fatu & Josh Bishop)
The team of Maclin, Something, and Warner (with De Lander) entered, followed by the debuting faction of Real1 (formerly Enzo Amore), Zilla Fatu, and Josh Bishop. Before the match, Real1 delivered his signature catchphrases and verbally ran down their opponents.
The match started with Zilla Fatu and Mance Warner trading shots. Fatu hit a Samoan Drop but missed a top-rope splash. Real1 and Steve Maclin tagged in, and the action soon broke down into a brawl involving all six competitors. Amid the chaos, Josh Bishop hit a chokeslam. The match concluded after what was described as incidental contact involving Mance Warner, which allowed Real1 to hit Eat Defeat for the pinfall victory.
Result: Real1, Zilla Fatu & Josh Bishop defeated Steve Maclin, Jake Something & Mance Warner.
Main card
Brianna Laughlin sung the national anthem to kick things off.
Mustafa Ali (w/ Tasha Steelz & John Skyler) vs. Cedric Alexander
Mustafa Ali, accompanied by Tasha Steelz and his “Secret Service” including John Skyler, made his entrance first. Cedric Alexander followed to a positive crowd reaction.
The action started fast and quickly spilled to the outside, where Ali hit a German suplex on Alexander. Ali then attempted a dive through the ropes, but his Secret Service failed to catch him, causing him to land hard on his head. He recovered with a smirk and later hit a Michinoku Driver on his own security members on the floor.
Back in the ring, Ali hit a tornado DDT. Alexander fought back, hitting a suplex into the turnbuckles for a two-count. The action went outside again, where Alexander back body-dropped Ali onto the exposed steel steps. Tasha Steelz then distracted the referee, allowing John Skyler to attack Alexander. Ali followed up with a 450 splash, but Alexander kicked out at two. After pushing the referee, Steelz was ejected from ringside.
Later, Alexander countered an Ali neckbreaker attempt with a cutter. After knocking Skyler from the apron, Alexander hit his Lumbar Check finisher on Ali for another very close near fall. As a chair came into play, Steelz ran back to the ring. Alexander stepped on the chair to prevent her from using it and then hit Steelz with a Lumbar Check. This distraction allowed Mustafa Ali to recover and hit Alexander with a second 450 splash to get the pinfall victory.
Result: Mustafa Ali defeated Cedric Alexander.
The System (JDC, Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers) & Matt Cardona vs. Darkstate (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Saquon Shugars & Cutler James)
The System’s JDC, Eddie Edwards, and Brian Myers, accompanied by Alisha Edwards, made their entrance. They were joined by Long Island native Matt Cardona, who received a large hometown ovation. The WWE NXT faction Darkstate then made their way to the ring.
Before the match could officially begin, all eight men brawled in and around the ringside area. During the chaos, Alisha Edwards handed JDC a chair before he hit a dive to the floor in an homage to Sabu.
The match formally started with Darkstate taking control, isolating Brian Myers in their corner. They utilized frequent tags to keep a fresh man on Myers at all times, preventing him from making a tag.
Eventually, Matt Cardona got the hot tag for his team, and the crowd erupted. Cardona hit the Re-Boot for a close near fall. The finish of the match saw Cardona hit the Radio Silence, which was immediately followed by a Boston Knee Party from Eddie Edwards for the pinfall victory.
Result: The System & Matt Cardona defeated Darkstate.
Ringside Interview: Gia Miller with Tim Malcolm
Commentary pointed out that Tim Malcolm from TLC’s “90 Day Fiancée” was at ringside. Gia Miller attempted to interview him, but he was booed heavily by the live crowd as he tried to speak about being a TNA fan.
Tessa Blanchard (w/ Victoria Crawford) vs. Indi Hartwell
Tessa Blanchard, accompanied by Victoria Crawford, made her entrance, followed by Indi Hartwell.
Early in the match, Blanchard controlled the offense, ignoring negative chants from the crowd. Later, Blanchard hit her “Magnum” finishing move, but Hartwell surprisingly kicked out before the three-count. Commentary noted this was the first time anyone had kicked out of the move since Blanchard’s return. Seizing the opportunity, Indi Hartwell recovered and hit her “Hurts Don’t It” finisher, followed by another move, to secure the upset pinfall victory.
Result: Indi Hartwell defeated Tessa Blanchard.
Post-Match Attack & Aftermath
During a post-match interview at ringside with Gia Miller, Tessa Blanchard snapped and attacked Indi Hartwell. When Miller tried to intervene, Blanchard turned her attention to the interviewer, viciously attacking her and slamming her face into the steel ring steps. Victoria Crawford held Hartwell back while security eventually separated everyone.
Backstage shortly after, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella announced that there would be consequences for Blanchard’s actions and had her thrown out of the building.
Backstage: The Elegance Brand & The IInspiration
George Iceman and the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions, The Elegance Brand, were shown backstage. They were confronted by The IInspiration (Jess McKay & Cassie Lee), who were angry about M By Elegance interfering in their championship match earlier in the night. The IInspiration then teased that they have a “friend in high places” and challenged the champions to a trios match on a future episode of TNA Impact.
Winner Take All Match: Masha Slamovich (TNA Knockouts Champion) vs. Jacy Jayne (NXT Women’s Champion)
The NXT Women’s Champion, Jacy Jayne, accompanied by Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley & Jazmyn Nyx), made her way to the ring first. The TNA Knockouts Champion, Masha Slamovich, followed.
Slamovich started the match strong, but Jayne soon took control for a prolonged offensive stretch. Throughout the match, members of Fatal Influence repeatedly interfered whenever Slamovich started to build momentum. Jayne attempted to use a title belt as a weapon, but Slamovich managed to hang on.
As Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx got involved again, Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee ran down to even the odds, brawling with Fatal Influence to the back. In the ring, Slamovich hit a Snow Plow for a close two-count. She then attempted her Requiem finisher, but Jayne avoided it and scored a near fall with a roll-up. Jayne then hit the Rolling Encore to get the pinfall.
With the victory, Jacy Jayne is now the holder of both the TNA Knockouts World Championship and the NXT Women’s Championship.
Result: Jacy Jayne defeated Masha Slamovich to become the new TNA Knockouts & NXT Women’s Champion.
TNA X-Division Championship: Moose (c) vs. Leon Slater
Commentary noted the historical stakes of the match: Moose chasing the longest-reigning champion record, and Leon Slater looking to become the youngest champion ever. The attendance was announced as 7,623, a new U.S. record for TNA.
Leon Slater entered first, followed by the champion, Moose, who made his entrance on a throne. Moose dominated the opening moments of the match. The action spilled to the floor, where Slater cleverly countered a powerbomb attempt, causing Moose to spear the steel ring steps and injure his shoulder.
With Moose weakened, Slater took control, hitting a number of high-flying moves, including his signature sprinting leap over the ring post onto Moose on the floor. Later in the match, Slater hit a Senton 450 off the ropes, but Moose managed to kick out. Moose fought back with a spear that sent Slater back to the outside. Slater recovered and hit a Code Red on the floor.
Back in the ring, Slater hit a long-distance Swanton splash across the ring, followed immediately by another Senton 450 from the top rope for the pinfall victory.
After the match, Leon Slater celebrated his historic win with his family in the crowd. In a show of respect, Moose took the X-Division title and put it around the waist of the new, youngest-ever champion.
Result: Leon Slater defeated Moose to become the new TNA X-Division Champion.
AJ Styles Returns to TNA
Following Leon Slater’s championship celebration, the theme for “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles hit, and he made his way to the ring to an enormous ovation from the record-breaking crowd.
Styles got on the microphone and asked the fans if they missed him, stating it was good to be back in the place where he made his name. He praised the young talent in TNA, pointing specifically to Leon Slater becoming the youngest X-Division Champion in history.
When the fans started a “You deserve it!” chant for Slater, Styles corrected them. “He doesn’t deserve it,” Styles said. “He earned it.” The crowd cheered and then began a “Welcome Back!” chant for Styles. “The Phenomenal One” continued, saying that Slater reminded everyone that the X-Division “isn’t about weight limits, it’s about no limits.” He mentioned some of the legendary names he shared the ring with during his own time in the X-Division before congratulating the new champion one more time.
Styles’ music played as he applauded for Leon Slater. After Slater left the ring, Styles posed on the ropes for the fans to end the segment. There was no angle but Styles seemingly said something off mic about one more match in TNA.
TNA Tag-Team Championship Ladder Match: The Nemeths (c) vs. The Rascalz vs. First Class vs. The Hardys
The participants for the four-way ladder match made their entrances: The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Myron Reed, who was filling in for an injured Trey Miguel), First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro, who was also noted as being injured), the defending champions The Nemeths (Nic & Ryan Nemeth), and finally The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy).
The match began with immediate chaos as multiple ladders were brought into the ring. The Rascalz and The Nemeths hit a series of high spots early on. At one point, Ryan Nemeth confronted MLB legend Johnny Damon at ringside, which led to Damon shoving him. Later, AJ Francis performed a moonsault off a ladder onto a pile of competitors in the ring. In another major spot, Francis and Navarro were on a ladder that was pushed over, causing them to crash through two ladder bridges set up near the entrance ramp.
Jeff Hardy laid KC Navarro across another ladder bridge at ringside and hit a Swanton bomb, though the ladder did not break upon impact.
For the finish, a rope ladder was dropped from the ceiling. Ryan Nemeth attempted to climb it but was hit with a steel chair by Matt Hardy. Nic Nemeth then tried to climb, but Jeff Hardy stopped him. Jeff then ascended the rope ladder and successfully retrieved the championship belts to win the match.
Result: The Hardys defeated The Nemeths, The Rascalz, and First Class to become the new TNA Tag-Team Champions.
Pre-Main Event Segment
Before the main event, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella announced that Tessa Blanchard has been suspended indefinitely for her actions earlier in the night. As the pre-show panel was giving their main event predictions, they were interrupted by Frankie Kazarian. “The King of TNA” came out, insulted Busted Open Radio’s David LaGreca, and announced he would be providing special guest commentary for the main event.
TNA World Championship: Trick Williams (c) vs. Joe Hendry vs. Mike Santana
The entrances for the main event began with Joe Hendry coming to the ring as fans sang along to his theme. Mike Santana made a custom entrance, walking through the crowd accompanied by a live rap performance. Finally, the defending TNA World Champion, Trick Williams, made his entrance, accompanied by a live choir singing “Whoop that Trick!”
The crowd in Long Island was being very supportive of the hometown challenger, Mike Santana. Early in the match, Hendry and Santana worked together to eliminate Williams from the ring. With Williams on the floor, the two challengers battled each other.
After Williams re-entered the match, special guest commentator Frankie Kazarian got involved, which led to him being ejected from ringside by Santino Marella. Later, Santana hit a big dive onto Williams on the floor. Back in the ring, Joe Hendry hit his “Standing Ovation” finisher on Santana, but only managed a two-count. Santana recovered, fired up, and hit Hendry with his “Spin the Block” signature move.
For the finish, Santana hit a second “Spin the Block” on Hendry and went for the cover. However, Trick Williams slid into the ring, threw Santana off, stole the pin on Joe Hendry, and got the three-count to retain his title.
After the match, TNA President Carlos Silva reluctantly handed the championship belt to Trick Williams. The show closed with Williams celebrating on the entrance stage as a shocked Mike Santana looked on from the ring, having lost in his hometown.
Result: Trick Williams defeated Mike Santana and Joe Hendry to retain the TNA World Championship.
