TNA Wrestling will see one of its top stars hit the free agent market this week after working for the company for many years.
While speaking on December 2025, episode of Insight With Chris Van Vliet, former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Josh Alexander confirmed that his TNA deal was slated to expire in 2025. TNA opted to pick up the option year on his deal in early 2024.
Fightful Select reports his deal is up on Friday. As of this writing, there is no indication of where Alexander may land. Alexander would be a great hire for any promotion out there.
Alexander initially gained recognition as part of the tag team The North with Ethan Page, where they held the Tag Team Titles twice. He also won the X-Division Title before becoming the World Title. His second reign lasted for 335 days.
