The IInspiration are reportedly set to depart TNA Wrestling following their title loss on the premiere episode of TNA iMPACT on AMC. During the Thursday night broadcast, the duo of Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay lost the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championships to The Elegance Brand, comprised of Heather By Elegance and M By Elegance.
Shortly after the title change aired, a report from Fightful Select emerged stating that Lee and McKay are finishing up with the promotion. The report indicates that the tag team opted not to sign a new contract with TNA after working on a series of short-term agreements.
Contract Status And Future
According to Fightful Select, The IInspiration’s previous deals actually expired last October, despite the team winning the championships during that period. Since then, they had been operating on short-term extensions. While the report notes that Lee and McKay were open to the possibility of remaining with TNA, they ultimately decided to finish up their run this week.
There is reportedly interest in the duo outside of TNA Wrestling, though no specific destination was confirmed. The team, formerly known as The IIconics in WWE, previously worked for Impact Wrestling from 2021 to 2022 before taking a hiatus and returning to the rebranded TNA in 2025.
