Carlos Diego Ferreira sees no issue with moving weight classes prior to UFC Fight Night 63

Carlos Diego Ferreira will meet Dustin Poirier this Saturday at UFC Fight Night 63 and spoke about moving weight classes, but according to him, it’s no big deal.

“I don’t think it’s a big deal, because the technique is still the same,” Ferreira said.

Ferreira (11-1) 1 KOs, 6 Subs & 4 DEC wins. He is 4-1 in his last five, before his last fight prior to UFC Fight Night 63, he was on a 10 fight winning streak. He beat Chris Feist in October of 2013 by unanimous decision and then Jorge Patino in November of that same year by unanimous decision. He made his UFC debut against Colton Smith in June of 2014 and won the fight in just 30 seconds of the first round. He beat Ramsey Nijem at UFC 177 by second round TKO. In his last bout, he lost to Beneil Dariush at UFC 179 by unanimous decision.

UFC Fight Night 63 goes down on April 4, 2015 at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia and will air on Fox Sports 1.
