Dana White on Brock Lesnar’s MMA retirement: “He made right decision”

UFC President Dana White continues to sound off on the decision made by former UFC Heavyweight and WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar last month when it was revealed that Lesnar decided to retire as an active pro-MMA fighter.

While doing an Instagram live session on Tuesday, White continued his support of Lesnar’s decision to retire from the sport of MMA.

“I wasn’t pissed at all,” White said. “Brock had a good run here. It’s been fun. Listen to fight in this business you have to be 100 percent invested. You’ve got to be in. It’s not where his head was. He made the right decision.”

Lesnar was a top draw for the UFC and one of the biggest stars that they’ve had. The WWE star had been linked to a brief feud with WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins after he won the Money in the Bank briefcase last month.

Back in April, it was revealed that Lesnar was retiring from competition and won’t attempt a comeback under the UFC banner.
