Floyd Mayweather Jr. has $25,000 mouthguard made for his fight with Manny Pacquiao

Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Manny Pacquiao will take place in Vegas on May 2nd and in preparation for the fight, Floyd has had a $25,000-a-pop to get custom grill-protectors from NYC-based dentist Dr. Lee Gause made for him.

In fact, the mouthguard will have gold flakes, diamonds and real $100 bills (sealed inside the mouthguard).

When TMZ Sports reached out to Floyd’s camp, he said, “My career’s gone in 19 years and I’ve been able to preserve my smile.”

The estimates of the purses are ranging between $200-250 million for a total payout between the two boxers.

The MGM grand said that they sold out rooms for May 1st and 2nd in a matter of 15 minutes.
