Adam Cole is off the card for AEW WrestleDream in Seattle.
As many of you saw last week, Cole was injured as he was running to the ring to back up MJF during his match against Samoa Joe. The injury happened as Cole leaped off the entrance ramp to the ringside floor. Cole and MJF appeared tonight on Dynamite and the injury was addressed.
Cole said his ankle exploded and he tore ligaments and he will require surgery. Cole was about to announce that they would relinquish the tag titles but MJF said that he would defend the titles in a handicap match at the pay-per-view.
