Fans will be able to play Stadium Stampede in AEW Fight Forever this week.
Last month, a trailer for the new mode was made available, which you can watch below. It featured various wrestlers fighting over the stadium using a wide range of weapons.
The mode sees 30 wrestlers enter and compete until only one survives. Some fans have compared it to Fornite as it’s a battle royale game mode.
The mode will become available on Thursday, August 24, 2023. At midnight, a video featuring Tony Khan, Kenny Omega, and Eddie Kingston announced the announcement.
Omega and Kingston also plugged this Sunday’s All In pay-per-view event as Cole will challenge MJF for the World Title in the main event and team with MJF on the Zero Hour pre-show to challenge Aussie Open for the ROH Tag Team Titles. Kingston will be competing in Wembley Stadium Stampede.
The game is available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
