The ratings are in for AEW Battle of the Belts 4 and Rampage from October 7, 2022.
Rampage drew 404,000 viewers and a 0.13 rating in the 18-49 demographic on TNT in the 10 pm ET time slot. Last week the show did 472,000 viewers and a 0.16 rating. It ranked #20 in the top 150 shows on cable for the night. This was the lowest total viewership for Rampage since July 29th.
Battle of the Belts, which aired one hour after Rampage, drew 317,000 viewers and a 0.10 rating in the 18-49 demographic. It ranked #37 in the top 150 shows on cable for the night

Viewers 25-54 – Rampage: 0.17 – Battle of the Belts: 0.13

The inaugural Battle of the Belts special drew 704,000 viewers and did a 0.27 rating in the 18-49 demographic. It ranked #11 in the top 150 shows on cable for the night, while the second special this past April drew 527,000 viewers and did a 0.18 rating in the 18-49 demographic while charting #10.
The third special in August did 437,000 viewers and did a 0.12 rating in the 18-49 demographic. It ranked #12 in the top 150 shows on cable for the night.
