AEW Double or Nothing Results: Top Star Teases Heel Turn, MJF Retains World Title

AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF vs. Sammy Guevara vs. “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry vs. Darby Allin in a Fatal 4-Way Match took place at the AEW Double or Nothing event from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Sammy and Taya Conti announced before the match with cue cards that they’re expecting a child.

The challengers attacked MJF right out of the gate. Sammy hit several outside dives then a frog splash to MJF for a near fall. MJF got a near fall on Allin after spiking him with a cradle driver. MJF hit cross rhodes at one point. MJF told Sammy to lay down and he would offer him money. Sammy acted like he would and did a small package. Allin and Sammy did duel boston crabs at one point. They traded panama sunrises. Allin clotheslined Perry and MJF over the barricade. Sammy with a spanish fly to Allin off the top rope to MJF and Perry on the floor. MJF poked them all in the eyes before they all superkicked him. Sammy with a cutter to MJF off the top rope. Allin with code red to MJF. MJF planted Allin with a blonde bombshell off the top rope. Allin hit MJF with the skateboard then the coffin drop only for Perry to break up the pin attempt. Perry teased like he was going to hit Allin with the title, but didn’t. Allin hit the coffin drop to Perry, but landed on the title and MJF capitalized.
