They announced the time limit expired and this match is a draw. Adam Cole asked for five more minutes, but MJF left the ring.
In a pre-tape, CM Punk said the only thing certain about him is that nothing is certain. He’s coming back for the same reasons he came to AEW in the first place and that is he’s got scores to settle and there are still things left to do. He doesn’t know what he’s going to say on Collision until he has that microphone in his hand, but he has a lot of things to get off his chest.
In the ring, Sammy Guevera said he’s going to have his baby girl on one arm and the AEW Championship on the other. Darby Allin came out. He told Guevera that it sounds like the people are starting to love him again. He asked Guevera if he was going to stand on his own or live in the shadow of the JAS. Chris Jericho came out. He told Allin to stand there, shut his mouth, and mind his own business. Allin went and stood in the corner. Jericho told Guevera that for the three months he chased MJF, he never called him once for help. If he would have asked for Jericho’s help, he would be AEW Champion. Guevera said he wondered why Jericho didn’t call him because if he did, maybe he wouldn’t have lost to Adam Cole, twice. Jericho told Guevera to apologize to him. Guevera refused. Jericho told Guevera they should have a tag team match next week so he can remember who his boss is. Allin said Jericho calls himself a wizard, but when he steps in the ring, the magic is gone. Jericho said him and Guevera should beat him up two on one. Allin said he’s not alone and Sting came into the ring. Jericho held his bat up to Sting, but Sting swatted his arm down and put his bat up to Jericho and then Jericho left the ring.

As far as Tony Khan booking him for a matchup, it wouldn’t be the first time he no-showed Tony booked him for.
Backstage, Zach Sabre challenged Orange Cassidy to a match at Forbidden Door. Danny Garcia showed up and asked Cassidy where Shibata is because he wants the Ring of Honor Pure title.
