Jon Moxley vs Jay Lethal
Moxley ducked when Lethal tried to hit the Lethal Injection. Moxley hit the Paradigm Shift. Moxley hit Lethal with a clothesline and piledriver for a two-count. Moxley caught Lethal in a choke hold and Lethal tapped out.

Tony Schiavone announced that Sting’s final match will be in the Greensboro Coliseum on March 3rd. Sting thanked Ric Flair for their match at Clash of the Champions. Ric Flair said I didn’t make Sting. Sting made himself and I will be honored to be at your side.
Continental Classic Match
Mark Briscoe vs Rush
Briscoe hit the Froggy-Bow on Rush for a two-count. Rush blocked the Jay Driller and an overhead suplex. Rush hit Mark with the running drop kick and pinned him.

In the back, Toni Storm was informed she will be defending her AEW Women’s Championship next week. Storm said she is not worried about it.
In the ring, MJF said I don’t like Samoa Joe, but I respect him. I was excited when I discovered TNA and saw Joe. Joe went to WWE and wasn’t afforded the opportunity to be the World Champion. Joe proved that you don’t have to be a bodybuilder to be a star. He broke the mold, so I thank you. You are a legend, but on December 30th, it’s not about your legacy, it’s about mine. I’m making a promise that if you want to take what’s mine, you’re going to have to put me down. The lights flickered and three masked men held him down while another was going to hit him with a club. Joe came down and pulled the guy out of the ring and took his club. Joe got in the ring and the masked men ran. The screen faded to black for a few seconds and the caption on the screen read, “In the shadows, our game begins. Next week, MJF & Samoa Joe, will you face the unknown in a tag team match? Are you a hero, Max?’ MJF said if you want a match, I’m going to unmask you, so you’re on. Joe looked upset at MJF for accepting the challenge.
Wardlow vs AR Fox
Fox kicked Wardlow three times in the head. Wardlow gave Fox a chokeslam and a powerbomb. Wardlow hit Fox with a Senton and powerbomb and the referee stopped the match.

The Hardys (Matt & Jeff) & Brother Zay vs Top Flight (Darius & Dante Martin) & Action Andretti
Zay kicked Dante. Andretti kicked Zay into Darius who suplexed him. Dante gave Zay a suplex and pinned him.
===Winners: Top Flight and Action Andretti
Backstage, Pentagon, Komander, and Vikingo challenged Top Flight and Action Andretti to a match.
TBS Championship House Rules Match
Julia Hart vs Emi Sakura
Hart got Sakura in a stretch hold. Hart hit Sakura in the back of the head with a lariat, gave her a moonsault, and pinned her.
===Winner: Julia Hart
In the back Mariah May said she came from Stardom in Japan and wants to show AEW what she can do.
In the ring, Christian Cage invited Adam Copeland to the ring. Cage said he is sorry. I was mad when you gave Killswitch two concertos. I got in my car and somewhere during that trip, it turned into a road trip of reflection of why I’ve become the person I’ve become. When your mom passed, she said she would like to see us team together one more time, so let’s do it for her. Copeland turned around, Christian went to hit him with the TNT Championship, but Copeland turned around and kneed him below the belt. Copeland said next week I’m taking the TBS Championship and go f**k yourself.

Jay White vs Swerve Strickland
Strickland rolled up White for a two-count. Strickland blocked the Switchblade. White blocked the half and half. They exchanged chops. White gave Strickland a suplex. Strickland blocked the Switchblade, rolled him up, and pinned him.
