Welcome to our live coverage of AEW Dynamite, which is emanating from The Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Announced for tonight’s show, we will hear from Saraya for the first time in AEW, we will hear from MJF, The Jericho Appreciation Society will celebrate him becoming the new ROH world champion, Toni Storm will defend the AEW Interim women’s championship against Serena Deeb, Chris Jericho will defend the ROH world championship against Bandido, and Jon Moxley will take on Juice Robinson. 

– Dynamite kicks off with The Jericho Appreciation Society championship celebration, Angelo Parker says that Philadelphia is the city of losers, Parker asks everyone to stand up to celebrate Chris Jericho, The Jericho Appreciation Society presents a pizza maker who won’t share with the crowd, Jericho says that the crowd can’t have any pizza, but they can have the most important ROH champion in history, Jericho says that no one knows about Ring Of Honor, Chris Jericho calls this the “Ring Of Jericho” era, Jericho then presents a gift to Daniel Garcia, it turns out to be a hat, Garcia then punches the pizza guy, Garcia says that he’s finally had enough, Jericho says that if Garcia makes the wrong decision, he will take him out, Bryan Danielson then interrupts, Bryan says that Jericho is trying to tell Garcia what he should be but he can do whatever he wants, Garcia says that he doesn’t belong to Jericho, Matt Menard says that he should punch Danielson in the face right now, Bryan then challenges Matt Menard to a match, right now.

Match 1: Bryan Danielson vs Matt Menard

– The match starts off with Bryan landing a series of uppercuts on Menard, Menard then lands a series of punches on Bryan in the corner, Menard then pushes Bryan off the top rope as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Menard hit a closeline on Bryan in the corner, Bryan then lands three running dropkicks to the face of Menard in the corner, Parker then hits a DDT on Bryan on the outside behind the referee’s back, Claudio then hits an uppercut on Parker, Claudio then carries Parker to the back, Bryan then hits the flying knee to the face of Menard, Bryan then locks in the LaBell lock on Menard to secure the submission victory. 

Winner via submission: Bryan Danielson at 8:42. 

– Wheeler Yuta comes out, Yuta says they he’s been hit harder but better men, Yuta says that Tony Schiavone has done more in wrestling than MJF ever will, Yuta says that MJF runs and hides, MJF then comes out, MJF calls Tony Schiavone a coward, MJF says that Yuta is one of the best wrestlers In the world, MJF says that he makes more money than everyone in the crowd and everyone watching at home, Yuta says that he will leave MJF in a pool of blood on broadstreet, Austin and Colten Gunn then back up MJF, MJF says that he will take on Yuta next week on Dynamite. 

Match 2: Jon Moxley vs Juice Robinson 

– Before the match, Juice attacks Moxley at ringside, Juice then sends Moxley into the barricade, followed by a series of headbutts.

– The match starts off with Moxley closelining Juice to the outside, both men then exchange a series of forearms, Juice then hits a cannonball onto Moxley against the barricade as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Juice land a series of headbutts onto Moxley on the outside, Juice then hits a powerbomb on Moxley to secure a nearfall, Moxley then lands a series of boots to the face of Juice, Moxley then locks in the armbar on Juice, causing the submission.

Winner via submission: Jon Moxley at 10:29. 

– After the match, “Hangman” Adam Page makes his entrance, both men then stare each other down in the middle of the ring, MJF says that he might cash his chip in to win the world championship before they reach Cincinnati, Wheeler Yuta then appears behind MJF, Yuta then throws MJF over the couch, Yuta then lands a series of punches on MJF before security breaks them up. 

– Saraya makes her entrance, Saraya says that he’s damaged but not Broken, Saraya says that she is the revolution and she will cause change in the women’s division, Saraya says that this is her house, Saraya then introduces the AEW women’s division, Saraya then introduces the women, Britt Baker and her crew then interrupt, Britt says that she is the face of the women’s division, Britt says that her neck is strong enough the handle the women’s division, Britt says that she respects Toni but she couldn’t keep herself away from the problematic women in wrestling, Saraya announces that this is a lumberjack match. 

Match 3: Interim women’s championship: Lumberjack match: Toni Storm (c) vs Serena Deeb 

– The match starts off with both women locking up, both women then exchange a series of chops in the corner, Deeb then hits a crossbody on Toni from the top rope to secure a nearfall, all lumberjacks square off as we go to commercial break. 

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Toni hit a dropkick on Serena, Toni then hits a diving crossbody from the top rope onto Serena to secure a nearfall, Toni then hits the storm zero on Serena to secure a nearfall, Toni then hits a hits a piledriver from the second rope to secure the pinfall victory.

Winner via pinfall and STILL Interim AEW Women’s champion: Toni Storm at 11:09. 

Match 4: Ricky Starks vs Eli Isom

– Ricky hits the spear on Eli, followed by the roshambo to secure the pinfall victory.

Winner via pinfall: Ricky Starks at 0:50.  

Match 5: ROH world championship: Chris Jericho (c) vs Bandido

– The match starts off with both men shaking hands, Jericho then flips of Bandido, Jericho then hits a closeline on Bandido, Bandido then hits a corkscrew over the top rope onto Jericho as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Bandido catch Jericho in midair with a superkick, Bandido then hits Jericho with a suplex after holding Jericho up for over 50 seconds, Bandido then hits a hurricarana on Jericho from the apron as we go to commercial break.

*Commercial break*

– We are back from commercial as we see Bandido hit a superkick on Jericho, Bandido then hits a sunset flip powerbomb on Jericho to secure a nearfall, Jericho then hits a lionsault on Bandido to secure a nearfall, Jericho then locks in the walls of Jericho on Bandido but Bandido is able to reach the bottom rope, Jericho then pulls the mask over the eyes of Bandido, Jericho then locks in the walls of Jericho to secure the submission victory. 

Winner via submission and STILL ROH World champion: Chris Jericho (c) at 18:25. 

– Jericho says that he’s going to beat every great ROH champion, Jericho challenges Bryan to a championship match next month, Jericho then hits the judas effect on the ring announcer.
