AEW Continental Crown Champion Eddie Kingston vs. Bryan Danielson took place at the AEW Revolution 2024 pay-per-view event from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, NC.
Bryan was heavily using leg kicks in the early going while Eddie was chopping away. They went back and forth in a hard-hitting affair. Bryan avoided a drop kick in the corner, but managed to hit some dragon suplexes for 2. Eddie missed a dive and Bryan got him in an arm submission. Eddie with a northern lights bomb for 2. Moments later, Bryan with a running knee strike for a near fall. Eddie with a series of german suplexes as the crowd went nuts. Eddie with a lariat then the powerbomb for the win.
