AEW World Heavyweight Champion MJF vs. Bryan Danielson in a 60-minute iron man match headlined the Revolution pay-per-view event.
After the first opening minutes, MJF went into the crowd and poured trash on a fan then threw water on a kid. MJF beat down Danielson for several minutes. MJF hit a powerbomb onto his knee for a near fall. MJF with a tiger driver that saw Danielson land right on his neck. Danielson hit the running knee strike for the first fall.
MJF with a low blow, but there was DQ and MJF rolled him up for two falls. It’s 2-2. Danielson put him in a chair and landed several kicks before the knee strike. Danielson had him in a figure-four at one point and MJF was slapping him and telling him he hated him. MJF with an elbow drop off the top rope to send Danielson through a table. MJF with a tombstone piledriver on an already broken table.
MJF with a piledriver while having Danielson dangling on the middle rope got him the third fall. Danielson with a diving headbutt and MJF was a bloody mess. Danielson earned a fall when tapping out MJF with the lebell lock. Danielson with the crossface, but MJF rolled through. MJF started crying while Danielson was laughing with five minutes to go. MJF with another piledriver while using the middle rope for 2.
MJF hit a tombstone off the second rope. Danielson had him in a single leg Boston crab, but the time ran out. It was ruled a draw until it was announced they were going to sudden death. MJF with a low blow and rolled him up for 2. MJF tried to hit him with the diamond ring, but Danielson avoided it. Danielson with the running knee strike for 2. Danielson had him a Boston crab and MJF rolled to the floor before he hit him in the face with the oxygen tank. MJF locked in the crossface for the win.
