AEW is fresh off the Forbidden Door pay-per-view event that featured the start of a new beginning for one star as for the first time in his young career, he has switched from being a babyface to a heel, and that’s Jungle Boy.
He turned heel following his loss to IWGP Heavyweight Champion SANADA at Forbidden Door by attacking HOOK.
The promotion has already confirmed that Jungle Boy will be appearing on tonight’s episode of Dynamite from the FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, to do a promo segment where he will talk about his actions.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that Jungle Boy’s babyface-friendly theme has been planned for a change to go along with his heel turn. A new theme has been created for him.
He has been using Baltimora’s “Tarzan Boy” since 2021, a song that got over with the fans. It’s unclear when he will start using the song.
