AEW’s Matt Hardy has shown support for several top stars following CM Punk’s rant about them at the post-AEW All Out media scrum.
Punk voiced his frustrations with several notable names, including Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and the AEW EVPs (The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega).
As previously reported, Punk dismissed speculation that he had anything to do with Cabana not being used on AEW television and moved to the ROH promo. He also knocked Hangman Page for his promo before their match at Double or Nothing.
Punk said that the EVPs have spread lies about him through the media, and they couldn’t manage a target. Omega and The Bucks were upset, with one source stating they threatened to walk out. Punk and The Bucks had a backstage altercation following the media scrum.
On Twitter, Hardy shared a photo of himself with Omega and the Young Bucks and another one with Hangman Page with no caption.
