As seen tonight on AEW Dynamite, Mike Santana returned to TV after being out for over the year and he reunited with Ortiz.
There was a big brawl that took place after the Fenix vs. Jon Moxley match and Wheeler Yuta took out Rey Fenix with a crowbar to the head. Medical staff went to tend to Fenix and after the commercial break, he was shown being loaded onto an ambulance.
The real reason why this was done was to write Fenix off TV as he is not able to get a visa in time to fly to London for ALL IN London this Sunday. Fenix was scheduled to be part of the Stadium Stampede match. Fightul Select first reported the news about the visa issue.
