Sting, Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara & Chris Jericho vs. Big Bill, Ricky Starks, Powerhouse Hobbs & Konosuke Takeshita took place at the AEW Worlds End pay-per-view event from Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York. Because Sting’s retirement is slated to happen at Revolution, this was the last time he wrestled in New York.
There were mixed reactions with the crowd when Jericho was in the ring. Jericho and Allin got beat down in the early going by the heels. At one point, Allin was tossed from one side of the ring to the other. Sting got the hot tag and hit some stinger splashes in the corner. Jericho and Sting did some spots in the ring. Sammy went for a cutter and hit one off the middle rope for 2. Sting and Jericho had double submission holds in before Starks broke it up. Big Bill with a big boot to Sting. The fans turned on Jericho by making NDA chants and chanted for CM Punk. Sammy hit his top rope finisher on Starks for the win.
