There has been speculation whether WWE will look to make a splash with the Jade Cargill signing on this week’s NXT.
NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes vs. NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio, Roxanne Perez vs. Lola Vice, Tyler Bate vs. Butch, and Duke Hudson vs. Joe Coffey has been confirmed for the show.
Cargill finished up with AEW following last week’s Rampage, where she put over TBS Champion Kris Statlander in a rematch ahead of her WWE arrival. There have been conflicting reports about whether Cargill is heading to WWE for the NXT brand instead of being sent straight to the main roster and vice versa.
As previously reported, WWE has already started working on creative for Cargill, who is slated to report to the Performance Center for training this week.
PWInsider.com reports Cargill is currently in Orlando, Florida for WWE. The report added that they were told she is not currently slated to appear live on this week’s WWE NXT.
