WWE presented the go-home edition of Monday Night Raw this week for Saturday’s Crown Jewel event.
Fightful Select reported some plans that had to be scrapped from the show, including heavy elements that were prepared for a Halloween Party segment that were not used. A food fight with pumpkin pies was also pitched, as is tradition, but this didn’t end up happening.
Also, there were a ton of extras that were planned for that segment who ended up going unused.
WWE used NXT stars such as Von Wagner, Duke Hudson, and Kiana James to work the Main Event taping. WWE Hall Of Famer Molly Holly produced James vs. Dana Brooke.
Monday’s Raw was headlined by Alexa Bliss and Asuka defeating Dakota Kai and IYO SKY to win the Women’s Tag Team Titles, which Petey Williams produced.
