Injuries will happen in wrestling no matter the style that someone has, whether that be a mat-based grappler or a high flyer. Unfortunately, one top AEW star has been sidelined for several months with an injury.

Jamie Hayter hasn’t been seen since she put her Women’s Title on the line against Toni Storm at the AEW Double or Nothing event this past May from Las Vegas, Nevada.
Heading into the bout, it was known that Hayter was dealing with an injury. Storm walked away with the title. It had been reported a few months ago that a rough estimate for Hayter’s return was in February 2024.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer was asked about an update on Hayter’s return.
“I hope so [whether fans can look forward to seeing her return soon]. I have not been given a date on Jamie Hayter, though. I just heard early this year, and we’re early in the year. So there you go. But I’ve heard nothing new, and I mean, I would say since in a couple of months, really.”
