Being The Elite is on hiatus and there will be no show this week. The announcement was made on the official BTE social media accounts.
This is not a surprise because the belief is that everyone that was involved in the backstage fight after AEW All Out has been told to lay low until the investigation is completed. Everyone who was involved, including The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, CM Punk and Ace Steel were sent home last week. Omega’s scheduled interview on Swerve Strickland’s podcast has also been postponed.
There have been conflicting stories about what happened during the fight and once the investigation is concluded, it’s not clear if there will be suspensions/firings so it’s unknown when/if the parties involved in the fight will be back on AEW TV.
No #BeingTheElite this week. On hiatus until further notice.
