There was a heated talking segment tonight on AEW Dynamite between Bryan Danielson and World Champion MJF.
MJF insulted Danielson for looking like a goat and suggested that Danielson had sex with a goat. MJF said that people like Disco Inferno, Eric Bischoff, and the “smartest man of them all” Jim Cornette are the people he listens to while Danielson listens to wrestling journalists and the fans.
MJF told Danielson that this isn’t play wrestling and wins and losses matter so if he wants a title shot then he needs to become the number 1 contender. MJF said that Tony Khan told him that Danielson will become the number 1 contender if he can win every match from now until February 8 and the match will happen at Revolution on March 5.
Danielson agreed to MJF’s stipulations if he (Danielson) can pick the stipulation for the match at Revolution. Danielson said that his challenge to MJF is for a one-hour Iron Man Match. MJF agreed but he said that Danielson won’t make it past week one because he is a choke artist in big matches. Danielson promised to run through every opponent that is put in front of him from now until February 8. Danielson said he will expose MJF and he will show that he doesn’t have the cardio and footwork and he will show everyone that MJF doesn’t wrestle often because he’s not good enough. Danielson said he promised to “kick your damn head in” at the PPV.
