Changes made to AEW Dynamite because of suspensions

Some changes have been made to AEW Dynamite due to suspensions after the backstage incident after All Out.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer website reports that Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley will be appearing on Dynamite in Buffalo. They originally were not scheduled to be on the show but they are now booked to make up for losing some of the top names that were originally scheduled for the show.

Meltzer confirmed that there were suspensions stemming from the backstage fight but AEW has not specifically named the people who are suspended. Brian Last of “The Wrestling News” website/podcast first reported earlier today that the people who were in the room when the fight occurred have been suspended. Again, AEW has not officially commented but according to reports, the names that were involved in the fight were Punk, The Young Bucks, Ace Steel, and Kenny Omega. Meltzer confirmed that Steel and Pat Buck will not be on Wednesday’s Dynamite but it’s not confirmed if they are among the list of people suspended.

As of this writing, AEW has announced that ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta will defend against Daniel Garcia. Also, Best Friends and Orange Cassidy will face Death Triangle. MJF, the number 1 contender for Punk’s AEW World Championship, will speak on the show.

UPDATE: In a tweet sent out by the company, CM Punk and Kenny Omega are not featured in the graphic promoting next week’s Dynamite/Rampage taping. The Young Bucks are included in the graphic (see below).
