Charlotte Flair Shares Positive Update On Her Recovery From Surgery

Charlotte Flair is determined to return to the squared circle as quickly as possible.

Injury

The top star has been sidelined with a severe injury that will keep her on the shelf for 9 to 12 months as she tore her ACL, MCL, and meniscus in December on WWE SmackDown in a match with Asuka.

The exact moment the injury happened was when Flair did a spot in the corner, seemingly twisted when falling, and immediately grabbed her knee.

Recovery

While appearing on CNBC today, Flair was asked about her recovery from surgery.

“I am six weeks out [from having surgery] Thursday, I’m ahead of schedule, and every day all I can think about is returning back to the ring, especially with all the excitement with Raw going to Netflix, WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia. All I can think about is getting back and winning that number 15 [Women’s Title].”
